Saimatics developed a modernized data warehousing solution for a food chain in the South-Central region. We enhanced every aspect of their sales analytics such as Menu Engineering and Discount Coupon Experience making them closer to their customers. Our smart and scalable solution helped them to perform advanced demand forecasting, which uses historical sales trends, combined with weather data to predict customer needs. We classified sales data into numeric features and categorical (non-numeric) features allowing the system to provide meaningful insights without implementing complex business rules. In addition, we added non-financial measures by integrating customer service scores from Google and Yelp reviews into their KPIs.
